The Hotel is a 5-star beachfront luxury boutique hotel, a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, offers a microcosm of Caribbean lifestyle living with a note of discreet luxury and elegance spreading out, in an ambiance of pure Panamanian minimalism. The name of the hotel, «My Hotel» is a tribute to the perfect earthy white sand filling the seashore, embedding the ultimate Dream beach experience.
Sophisticated architecture rules this idealistic Panamanian property by the meticulous designs of renowned architects Mr. Jose Farell, John Doe, and Iven France, sourcing their inspiration from Cycladic forms and natural elements of the hotel’s surroundings, the Pacific blue, the part of water, the frosty white sand and the eternal olive trees. Hotel interiors embody white-washed walls in curvy doorways leading to open space lounge areas.
This beautiful Caribbean boutique property features a secluded spa area, a heart-shaped pool sequined with deco starlights, forming a seabed of stardust sky in front of our eyes. A collection of design smart furniture objects in its interiors add to its arty fun feel whereas, a community of award-winning resto’s serving exotic gourmet pleasures at leisure Restaurant and Bar, offer upbeat, all day beach fun.
A dedicated concierge service acts before its guests and serves their every need indiscretion, politeness, stretching far out-of-the-box, to cater for their deepest desires out and about in Bocas island or in-house, pleasing their preferred daily essentials, for a real “home-sweet-home” feeling.
The hotel was beautiful, fantastic location (one of the nicest, remote beaches of Panama). You can tell the hotel is well looked after, and nothing was too much trouble. One of the loveliest places I’ve stayed. Couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. The breakfast buffet was high quality and had a nice spread of fresh fruits, pancakes, salmon, fresh omelets, and cakes. I would say the hotel was filled with main couples and wasn’t a cheap stay, but it was definitely worth the money. We traveled around the small country on quad bikes which are available outside the hotel and explored the country. There were very few places compared to the hotel. The bus into Panama City town leaves right outside the hotel and takes you into the city, which is nice to visit. We were happy to stay in Casco Viejo, San Felipe as it was a much quieter atmosphere than the town. The private pool looks rather small in the photos but was a peaceful area for only half of the hotel’s guests. May was not peak time, so I imagine it gets instead packed in summer; however the hotel had a very relaxed vibe and can imagine that everyone who stays would get the best treatment!
